Men's Group Therapy

Men’s Therapy / Self Change Groups

 

Currently we have one group operating every week. It runs from 7pm till 9.30pm in the evening and has a maximum of twelve men in the group. This group offers a place for men to explore issues in their lives in a safe, supportive environment.

 

Other therapy and group work includes:

Individual Therapy / Counselling:

Individual work may benefit men who are feeling unable to cope with their world and require counselling on a one-to-one basis.

Listening and Communication Skill Group:

This course is designed to teach basis listening and communication skills and may help men be assertive rather than aggressive.

Fathering Groups:

A group for men who want to be better dads to their children. We will look at our own fathering and exploring what it was like for you as a son, how you would have liked it to be, how you want it to be the same/different for your children.
