Stopping Violence/Anger Management Programme
This is a programme designed to help men identify both anger and violence and understand the difference between them.
It is for men who find it hard to feel angry without becoming violent.
It is for men who have trouble recognising and expressing their anger.
It is for any man who wants to give up “power and control tactics” and establish healthy relationships with other men, women and children in his life.
Remember:
Anger is an emotion that everybody has and violence is a behaviour that anyone can learn and unlearn.
A violent relationship is defined as any relationship in which one person has become frightened by the other.
